This Tuscan estate home was designed by Villa & Associates Inc. in 2004 for Pacific View Estates Development. With the 10th fairway below the view angle, I stepped the yard and pool down for the dramatic panorama of turf and ocean. Swim up grotto, waterfalls and luxury theatre make it one of a kind. With the wine basement and upper sky lounge this 9600 square foot mini resort is a Santaluz Hallmark.
