J Villa & Company, Inc. has worked on several Winery Projects in the County of San Diego. Wine Making Buildings, Wine Tasting, Private Wineries and Administrative Planning Permits. Permit Processing included Health Department Processing, Water Board Authority and Fire Protection Approvals. The Winemaker’s process, equipment, storage requirements and temperature control are some of the program requirements that are critical to a successful winery.
Hill Top Winery
From the beginning, J Villa & Company, Inc. worked directly with the owner’s vision and the County of San Diego’s Tiered Winery Ordinance process.
Adding the wine making building and the separate wine tasting building, J Villa & Company, Inc. was involved with all phases including:
- planning department approvals
- fire department
- building permits
- site engineering
- and construction support.
Surrounded by vines, the beautiful outdoor lounging area is a favorite place to watch the sun set. We are grateful to have been part of helping the vinter achieve his vision with winery design plans and support.
